Breakfast is included in the room rate – enjoy free-range bacon and eggs, fresh-baked bread, home-made  jams and freshly ground coffee. We also serve our own fruit salad with home-made yoghurt and local apple juice.

We serve breakfast between 8:00am and 10:00am

If you have booked our self-contained cottage – The Old Dairy, the same breakfast provisions will be provided for you to prepare for yourself.

Chaxi the co-owner is from Tenerife and would love to share her world-class traditional Spanish cuisine with you. “Brockley’s cuisine is made with love and passion. My childhood was an amazing culinary experience. My family always enjoyed cooking and eating beautiful farmhouse food. It’s impossible to find genuine, traditional Spanish country cooking in Tasmania – except at Brockley Estate.”, says Chaxi. Her traditional recipes have been passed around the family over many years and this has helped her to create very special menus for Brockley. The menu varies depending on the time of year and what is in season. Ultra-fresh seafood (including line-caught striped trumpeter, crayfish, oysters, octopus and mussels) is a speciality from the nearby fishing village of Triabunna.

Advanced bookings for dinner are essential

We serve dinner at 6:30pm
